There's no notation (at least I'm not aware of that there is) so it isn't art music.

Aria the Natural's soundtrack album is filled with all this great shit that I don't even remember hearing in the show. For some reason, they elected to use the theme from "Aqua" every two minutes instead. Can't find a youtube link but look for a song title "Rakuyou" in the Aria the Natural OST.

No, in the big nyaa/bakabt OST torrent the song is just called Rakuyou. It sounds kind of uncertain and builds off of all the soundtrack material that isn't purely happy. I was surprised when I first heard it.

Its an alternate take on the show, characters are missing or act differently ect.
I think its a little too far up its ass with the surreal ness, but its still a fun watch.
