Wow.
My eyes close and I feel like I'm put through a ceaseless fall.

I know people are gonna think I'm b8ing but I legitimately think that is an 8/10 album. Ultraviolence is like a 6.5-7 and Born To Die is a 6. So far with every album she has improved significantly, and on Honeymoon she has a very distinct style. It's a long, slow, hazy, sad album and the more you listen to it the more hypnotic and beautiful it gets. The lyrics may be kind of cheesy but I think Lana uses this to her advantage, it's almost like she's playing up this whole neo-soul vibe or something.
Her Paradise EP is also super underrated.
>neo-soul vibe
you have never listened to another soul or neo-soul album, guaranteed.
by the way, this is her worst effort so far. droning, meandering, nothing.

nice opinion
also I didn't mean neo-soul as a genre necessarily, I just meant that it sounds soulful in a very modern, embellished way. I mean everything about the album is obviously meant to exude a very specific type of vibe, from the iconic cover art to the string instrumentation to the lush production to the passionate, droney singing.

Agreed on Paradise being underrated
i dont care what mu says, lana is amazing.
i love all her albums, this one is not as strong as the others in some ways -but in other ways it is better, more chill and less hooks , but lovely nonetheless
post yfw Scaruffi gives it an 8/10

>droning, meandering, nothing
So basically everything she's put out except for maybe Born To Die then
Lana is love
Lana is life
Lana Del Rey's whole career is purely about image, not music. Her music is garbage.
