The colour schemes are either bad or boring (orange on orange, gfjm). The artist clearly struggled with the task of coming up with colour combinations because they were limited to the colour schemes being "the mane 6, but not really, but they are (not really)". Or they're just kinda incompetent.
Copyty's and Flutterclone's manes are overdesigne and would be a nightmareto animate. They also stick way out because of the level of detail and multicolour compared to the rest of the image.
The design that works best imo is Pinklone, but it could most definitely use some balance in terms of colour.
