I like that you've added more bits of rucked-up hair on her. It gives the impression she's not just captured, but has already been through a lot getting there. The shading has helped contribute to her eyes as well. Only real criticism I can make is that her horn looks... flat, somehow. I feel like with the angle her head is at it should be pointing more towards the viewer, where it seems to go straight up in this.

That explains her look - she knows whoever's coming for her is coming for her family, so she's drawing on that anger to keep herself strong.

This is shaping up very nicely. The longer horn really feels better. The mane should look a lot dirtier i think (i know its work in progress). The shading is strangely alluring but it looks like each body part is lit from a different side. I'm not a fan of the wings bondage, it looks like those plastic bags they use in FoE, and it doesn't fit with the other restraints, both in style and color.
I think the wings would look a lot better if we could actually see them, bound or not and they had some sort of damage, like missing feather or just be dirty like the mane should be. Also It might be just the pose, but her right leg looks two times thicker than the left one. I love the thickness just... it should be a more even on both sides.
Also that stare is really intense, She's definitely not looking at something but someone. I think you could even enhance this feeling by making the viewer hold something. That would really help to paint the story behind the picture. Maybe a dildo or a whip? No. The expression doesn't fit that... she's not angry or afraid, those deep eyes with little tears... they scream for revenge.
How about the viewer holding her crown, or even better Celestia's crown, or Shining armor's helmet, or some other symbol of someone she knows and loves being defeated broken or captured just like she is. She knows bad things are coming for her, but she doesn't care right now. Right now she wants her captor dead dead. And whatever is coming next she's going to endure it... or at least she'll try. Which is going to make it so much sweeter when she breaks, since she won't be just losing herself, but also (in her head) betraying whoever it was her captor hurt. Because she was enduring it for them and she failed.

Depends on how realistic we're talking. If we're going moderately realistic, her shoulders are broken and her hooves dislocated. If we're discarding reality for the illusion/story then I have no issue believing it's mild and she can withstand it.

Only real criticism is the weird uniformity in dialog to description during the first part (which may have been on purpose?) was somehow distracting.
It builds a really nice atmosphere while leaving a lot of the details to the imagination, and is definitely a good match for the pic.

I don't know about you but, that just puts me off from a story. It feels, 'forced', that's not the exact word I want but it's along that line. You're asking the reader to accept a lot of assumptions in order for the scenario to work and that's just strenous and not what I would consider good quality writing. For something like a one shot, I think it's normally best to take Occam's razer's line of reasoning in setting something up - the simplest answer is often the best.
I didn't have anything in mind when I drew it, things just progressed to what you see, the anatomy is not anatomically correct because the easiest way to draw that pose was to lean towards anthro a bit. It is rather humorous to see comments interpretting her arms as broken. It's cool to see people's takes on something vary from my own.
So, that's why I wanted to leave everything open.
Maybe cut the whole zealot/forced marriage/torture aspect of the story? It's probably too late for that but, what if it's an interrogation? Focus it on her thoughts and feelings of being bound for an extended period of time, have the meetings with Anon (if you want to keep Anon) be focused on teases, gradual build up of a rocky relationship before he rapes her? And this is what breaks her. I don't know. Just a thought.

I have that charity event in June which will be taking up my efforts once exams are over. You need to mix your sounds a bit better, I'm assuming the crackling is a fireplace SFX that you added in? It's too loud, it's on the same level as your voice and so gets in the way, lower it to around -10 db and you should be good.
You make a couple of mistakes in the reading, at one point, I think you redid a whole line. That can be edited out and should be edited out. Also, as you get nearer to the end, you seem to tend more and more towards just reading it instead of narrating it. Maybe you're not comfortable with what was written? Or, maybe it's just that the material isn't good. Either way, improvements.

The crystalline look of the dungeon help to explain some of the anomalous lighting - reflected light from the original source. I also really like the little anatomical touches like the tufts of disturbed hair, tendons in her shoulder, and chest/belly details. And, of course, you do a very good job of putting a lot of emotion into her expression.
Criticisms: The horn angle is still a bit wonky, and her mane/tail is short (though maybe it's been cut?) and I'd personally prefer seeing her wings over the bags/sheaths. Though, as a drawfag myself, I can understand not wanting to try and draw out dirtied/messed up wings.
Overall? Really great pic.

If you're asking how closely related the stories are to the original... Octavia is the very same story, but seen from Octavia's perspective. The other stories are usually from "some point in the future", and usually show Anon dealing with various side characters.

my biggest complaint/critique is the spelling mistakes (shear - sheer) and repeating phrases. But besides that I really enjoyed it all.
I liked seeing what was supposively going on during the events of the main story. I liked reading Octavia's inner monologues.
When things get dark and gritty, but not edgy and characters feel conflicted or are manipulated make me feel things im not sure I want to feel, but I keep reading anyways. Maybe its cause I only recently beat dark souls and that I have a very limited frame of reference for this sort of thing, but it all seemed harsh and brutal without a filter. Not dramatized like Hollywood which would make it feel faker.

Actually, in length I believe Octavia POV is longer, but in terms of chronology, I POV is actually still behind the main story. The current is before Anon leaves AJ, RD, and Octavia in a room together, and certainly before Octavia's scene with the staff.

I'm okay with this. It had a rough start and didn't really grip me.
It was mostly about Cadance reacting to stuff or delaying choices. With little of her own (and therefore ours) say in what was going to happen next. It felt like we were picking form a predetermined set of choices rather than crafting our own.
That's entirely fine in a regular story like Octavia PoV (please write more of that), but doesn't really fit a CYOA.

A submissive horse tends to face you directly and not show it's flank or side, as that would mean you aren't a threat.
Twilight's neck is also held high (its way too fucking short in the image though, whoever drew it needs to make it long enough to reach the ground at her hooves with her teeth. ) High necks represent alertness. If twilight lowers her head to be just above her withers from the crest, that is a very submissive posture. Conversly, if she lowered it a bit more and pinned her ears back, it would be very agressive, a snakeing manuever. A relaxed low head is neither submissive nor aggressive, but is very calm, and is usually because the horse is eating.
If twilight had her ears pinned back, this would be snaking, if she raised her head just a little bit and stood at attention, she would be submissive.

Only thing I don't love about this is the chain (or braided leather?) gag thing. It looks way heavier than everything else, and the way it goes under her hair just doesn't look quite right.
Definitely love the thin material, and personally I think the black hoof guards/dark colors work really well, especially with the light background.

I don't remember his story having a scene like this since it was Rainbow Dash paired with Applejack desu. Don't get me wrong though, the reason I suggested Fluttershy was because it would be more damning to her than it would Rainbow Dash or rather I like to think it would be.
It looks great though lad. I wasn't initially thrilled with Applejack's short tail, but am glad to have waited to see it in color. Her mane having been dolled up and tail shortened is an excellent visual combination.
I've never seen reins with the little "loops", but they do add a bit of visual flair to the reins and the little slippers are a nice touch as well.

With my semi-expert opinion, I think AJ's outfit is a little... Much? The saddle makes sense, the tail wrap makes sense; not so much the hoof guards and hair.
Remember, for a moment Anon /honestly/ started looking at her like livestock. Like a /actual/ horse. I think keeping that mind would help you understand how she functions as a character, assuming it's relatively early in the story. She's a pony who, by nature of her orgasm denial is practically in heat.

I wouldn't call it spamming. As someone who can't draw for shit I like seeing the process behind art. Stupid Pencils being over in Finland and starting a stream at 3 AM.
The finished product looks pretty damn good. The way the frills on her saddle are ever so see through really do give the impression that Applejack is more of a showcase pony or a pony that you'd parade around for everyone to see as opposed to her rough and tough, down and dirty way of being. The purple fabric on the reins also serves to reinforce that notion.
The reins that Fluttershy is leading Applejack havethat I can seetwo "streaks" of purple to them. Was that a design choice?
The expressions make it so that it makes you wonder who is more ashamed or nervous about the whole scenario. Fluttershy, who is taking her provocatively dolled up friend to anon, or Applejack who knows just how exposed she is and the thought of what might await in anon's bedchambers.

My idea was:
Anon has AJ dolled up and brought in for what AJ thinks is sex. Anon takes AJ, put sher in stocks and lock her legs open, basically getting her into a perfect breeding position and letting her know she's about to be rutted.
