Being a dom myself, I find it quite easy to sniff out the subs... and the ones who strike me as such are Rainbow Dash, Celestia, Luna, Spoiled Rich and Coloratura.
But the most blatant sub is probably pic-related. Say what you will about her alpha bitch façade in the first film, and her occasional temper flares: she'd be a total doormat in the bedroom. Just look at that face.

A lot of people think Applejack would be the dominant one in a relationship, but I am not so sure.
