Here's the original post I made about it.
>So in JAD I recall it being discussed that we could set up the inn for ponies to be able to pick up some food and head to work or some such. I had a thought that expanded upon that. We're largely free from morning till lunch rush. We could set up a delivery service to the miners. Whispy carries some sandwiches and food out there, takes the next day's orders, and heads back in. Because it'd all be made prior to our rushes we get more revenue without adding to the rush.

>If it becomes popular, or we decide we need our little waitress too much, we can buy a small cart and pay one of the miners' sons to make the delivery for pocket change. It could also expand to going out to farms or anywhere with a large enough group that wants it.

There should be a new character, maybe Pot's cousin or something, called Kettle. And they should have a dark coat.

Because we know there's a market there, Diamond has mentioned the food sucks. You start in one area then let word spread. Then you expand where demand is. The adventure guild, for example, might like their kitchen. We also don't want to bite off more than we can chew early on, expand too far too fast and we won't have the supplies/workers to keep up.
