Since 99 days are about 14 weeks, the 99 days will probably end at episode 15. It also means they might keep going at one eyecon every episode for now. What happens after that is still a mystery.

Not necessarily. The show was only described that way because that will be the major plot for at least the first cour. Another toku show, Gransazer, has had different plots for each cour of the show. Wizard gets SO CLOSE to being pretty good several times and then just keeps deciding "nah fuck it, that's too much work".

It isn't perfectly looking, but it's far from being as absolutely horrible as it's made out to be. I like the robot-y aesthetics of it, and it does look better with a less in-your-face shade of green.
At least it's ITS OWN FUCKING SUIT instead of lazily kitbashing pieces of others, sometimes without even bothering with paint.
