OOO's weakest part was at the midpoint where there wasn't much urgency or direct threat behind the Greeds. At that point though there was still forward momentum in the show because of the medal-stealing shenanigans so there was consistent challenge against Eiji and Ankh that added some stakes to the episodic plots.
And it also helped that the episodic plots for the most part were pretty well-done and the main characters are likeable enough that it's fun to watch regardless even if it is sort of filler-ish.
Then once the purple medals get introduced, the stakes get kicked up high and keep escalating for the rest of the series.

Well it's hard to justify Complete Form losing. In terms of single-form firepower, Decade is pretty much the strongest of all Riders. When he uses Royal Straight Flush, it's not JUST a Royal Straight Flush, it's a DOUBLE Royal Straight Flush. He can channel the powers of the final forms of every preceding Heisei Rider multiplied by two. So if Decade Complete can't beat something, you'd pretty much be shitting on every preceding Heisei Rider as well, like "lol this guy's so strong that you can't even beat him with TWO Blade King Forms".
On the other hand, this also means that the only reason Decade ever struggles or loses fights is because he always adamantly refuses to use Complete Form for some strange reason. Maybe he likes how it looks even less than we do.

Yeah probably some sort of Biochemistry or Cell Biology. When I studied Biology at university, there were basically two tracks, the ecology/environmental side, and the genetic/cell biology side. How many worlds do you think there are? Dozens? Hundreds? An infinite amount? And he has to fight to protect all of them? He doesn't even live in any of them. It's not like with Shotaro or Den-O, who are fighting to protect their beloved homes or loved ones. He's fighting for an infinite number of worlds and no matter how much he fights, no matter how many worlds he protects, it'll never be enough.
Still, he doesn't hate it. He fights because he does care, and he does state that he's going to continue to form bonds, journey the worlds and fight the good fight. When Narutaki said that Riders are wonderful, Decade agreed with him.
So it's not as if he's fighting for a cause he doesn't believe. But he doesn't particularly enjoy fighting. He probably has more blood on his hands than any other Rider. Even other Riders aren't constantly pulled into other worlds to fight their battles for them. Once Decade's business is done in one world, he moves on to the next one. It's a cause he thinks is worth fighting for, but all that constant killing must take its toll.

There's a great deal of pre-Drive stuff the series never really answered or elaborated on. Kiriko and Go's mother for one, and how a guy like Banno even had a family. The origin of Chase and how he came to fight with Krim, it was assumed Krim made him then Banno says something in one of the last episodes to suggest it was actually him, though that will probably be answered in the Chaser Saga. It was never shown how Krim managed to escape 001 after Heart beat Chase during the Global Freeze. Honestly, I know we're hype for Accel returning and stripping Medic, but I'd rather that Chaser Saga was just a full-on Proto-Drive prequel movie showing the full beginnings of Drive and the Roidmudes rather than Chase becoming Piss Gold.

I think the reason actors dont leave their agencies very often is because of Japans whole honor tradition. The higher ups take an actors accomplishments personally, as if they themselves are the ones that did them. The actor, who also thinks this for whatever reason, feels indebted to them and must do the honorable thing, which is too stay with the agency. Perhaps when an actor does try to leave, the agency holds this over their head. "Eh? You want to leave? But look at all we have done for you!"
Jap actors could essentially be forcibly cucked by their agency because their agency twists the concept of honor.

I think what gets in the way there is the whole "idol" industry concept from Japan. Actors, especially beginners, aren't just actors, but tied to the whole idol industry concept, which is why we often get those songs by the cast itself, for example, like character songs in anime.

Because Drive explicitly states its own timeline. The first global freeze happened in April 2014, and the rest of the series takes place in roughly real time, present day. That places the second global freeze happening in September. Like, okay. There was a big gap in time between the start of episode 4 and the start of episode 5 Ghost. As if the Nobunaga escapade somehow took an entire month. I suppose if you stretched your disbelief, you could say that the second global freeze squeezed in sometime during the middle of the narrative in that episode. Let's say placing it late October. I guess "technically" that would make Ghost's existence possible ABOUT "one month" earlier, and gives a little time for the portion where Shinnosuke finally gives Newton to Takeru.
I'm not sure if there's any explicitly defined dates in the last 5 episodes or so of Drive, though. If there are, that would fuck this theory right up. It's already a little sketchy as it is.
