Kirika used to be medium-small, but in GX has grown to similar size as Hibiki. They just look bigger because Kirika's frame is smaller than Bikki's.
Miku is about where G Kirika was - on the smaller side of the Geahs, but still decent overall.
Terashima's are big-ish, probably about on par with Bikki/Kirika, she's just a lot taller than Kirika and a bit wider in the shoulders than Bikki.
Itaba is probably Miku-sized, give or take, she's just shorter so it makes it harder to tell.
Andou's look small, but it's harder to tell for sure because she's much taller and has much broader shoulder than most other girls. She's probably around Miku-size too, perhaps a bit smaller.
