This spoiler hides something awful.During one of her trips to the FIS Ryouko's eye is caught by Serena's body, and so she draws the girl aside and both mocks and molests her. After she has finished tasting all the poor girl's body had to offer, Ryouko proclaims that Serena had better hope that she will be Fine's next host otherwise she will kill each of the other FIS girls until she gets her chosen body. When She notices Serena's repulsion and threatens that she'll make the fates of the other girls even more terrible if she even thinks of killing herself. And with that parting shot she tell's Ver that he can have his turn next.

No the problem was the stakes made no sense and the character arcs weren't connected. Like the DMJii forgiting all the development they had when it came to be Chris's episode and not introducing that Chris WAS actually looking after them before her episode. Hibiki being traumatized for no reason when they could have used her killing a Carol clone and injuring her against the dolls earlier.

See, that's the thing, we don't KNOW that's the most she could do. She could have manifested it while Shirabe was brushing her teeth if she wanted to tell people where she was hiding so that they maybe stopped doing dumb things
It's probably just that Hibiki saving her just made her less murdery, but she's still mostly concerned with herself (hence being content to hang around inside Shirabe so that her heart will go on) but when the cards are down she dies for Shirabe and passes the redemption test.
