I think the only time we get to see perfect English was with Psyga.

Kuuga is fully subbed my Midnight Crew Subs, Agito's is a scrub of Cruel Angel Productions by GomenRider, Ryuki is halfway translated by SubVent, so you might just want to stick to TVN on that, Faiz is TVN, Blade has scrubs by Turn Up, Kaubuto is partially scrubbed by Yongou and partially subbed by Metronome with the rest being TVN, Hibiki is partially subbed by Metronome with the rest (again) being done by TVN, Den-O is partially subbed by OrangeLion with the rest being done by TVN, Kiva is TVN, and Decade is subbed by BOTH TVN and a group project (The Five Worlds of Decade). So really your only choice is TVN for the vast majority of Pre-Double Heisei.

The number of people who want better subs than TV-N and are willing to put time into fixing that is much higher than the number of those people who can actually speak and translate Japanese. A scrub is when a group without a translator takes shitty subs like TV-N and cleans them up with better English and translating the basic Japanese terms that TV-N often refuses to. It's not as good as an actual resub, because a scrub can only work with the source material they have, but it's often better than nothing if only because the scrub will likely have better encoding than TV-N's infamously shitty quality.

Da Vinci in the movie is oddly portrayed as someone obsessed with becoming God and recreating the world since he considers himself the greatest genius and only one worthy to do it.
Raphel and Mchelangelo don't really have much characterization. They're initially used as form changes by a Ganma Superior. Then they're recovered by the heroes, but Mach and Specter can't get them to work with them as form changes and the Eyecons fly to Da Vinci when he pops up for the final battle, where they take over Ganma bodies.
Initially, they think that Da Vinci is being corrupted by a Ganma that got the Eyecon and fused with it, but after they defeat the Ganma, Da Vinci just pops up again, still as an enemy.

Maybe part of the reason why there are so few female riders is because the gimmicks we have now won't always work. Say we got a female rider in Ghost. The parkas that she would use won't fit on the male GC figures, and vice versa. They just got lucky with Marika.That and girls are icky. Boys don't like girls.
