I like the Quattro, Mk2 and Lalah out of these. Although the Mk2's head is a bit large in proportion to the rest of the body. I'd try to make something that is a bit more compact. Still, the level of detail in that costume is incredible.

I didn't really use any guides. I just kind of figured it out on the fly. Some things worked, some didn't.
I used cardboard, EVA foam and fiberglass resin.
Other people might have different methods, but here's mine in a nutshell.
Start with a square cardboard tube (make it) as a base and build a part around it. Keep in mind the width of the tube since your limbs will be going through them. And connect everything with velcro straps and buckles.
Each build has its own unique features (like the Ginn wings) and require unique gimmicks, which are mostly up to you to figure out.

It's really fun (mostly, hehe), try it. I always recommend buying a figurine or model kit, as in my case, to use as a reference and measure out the proportions.

Seagull here. Yeah, there's some really low effort/shitty cosplay in this thread, though somehow, I don't mind so much. Maybe because it's such an underrepresented genre in cosplay and I'm glad people care about it enough to cosplay it, even if it is low effort, last minute closet cosplay
