There's still some semblance of RRR plot, GC plot. There's also a possibility of an extended Kaiser plot and Huckebein plot. Extended D plot is a slim chance. Some people are banking on it, but I don't see it happening.

I think Touya shouldn't the classic super robot hotblooded anyway. Even at his most hammiest he's like, a more restrained Sanger with the Knight shtick anyway.
In my mind his voice is that of a real robot pilot where at the end of his series when he's about to finish off his hated enemy he lets out a bloodcurdling scream, but most of the time is generally chill. For most of the midgame he's busy just being an observer of the plot, engaging in harem antics, or wondering what the fuck the Fury are after all.

Since you don't have a whole lot of combiners, you can buy the encounter manipulation parts in the shop to only go after combiners you need. After that you attach it to your leader unit like a part and it'll make the next thing you encounter what your looking for. It'll be something with 集う絆 in it so that should help. You have two combiners in there so you might get Daiohja parts there too.

Yes, you can buy them with RP in the parts shop. They use the same kanji as regular SRW so it should be メガブースター. You might need to refresh the list a few times, which can cost money, but it'll show up there eventually.

I'm gonna say no but I might be wrong on that one. I know there's A-Adaptors but I don't think they grant flight. フライトユニット is the kanji for it so if you find it go nuts.
