It's gonna be pretty even,however the beam Magnus can for more shots than the add and at a higher rate.
Also the Unicorn has the advantage in melee and could severely cripple the wing's extra maneuverability by clipping its wings/binders as it did to the Kyshatriya.
Also the Unicorn has a way wider arsenal to use against the wing, unless we're going by its standard beam rifle,shield,battling gun and sabres.

Unicorn only wins if Awakened. Too slow outside of that. When it's not using hax it isn't very impressive.

That's not even everything. It has the abilities of all the previous packs it used.
The only reason Mask's Kabakali won was because the G-Self ran out of battery because it fought a long battle before and underwent re-entry on its own by spamming its copy-paste beam shields and assault cannons to create thrust to ease itself into a safe descent. And Bellri didn't want to kill him.
The Kabakali is captain version of the white and blue grunts the RE-GIT used on Venus Globe. It's a glorified grunt while G-Self with Perfect Pack is the USS Enterprise.
