IIRC Mega Man 8 had two extra bosses and different BGM for one stage (the PSX straight up just couldn't handle the original music).
Sega CD > PSX/SS Lunar is different, those were full remakes.
IIRC there's a version of Lunar 1 on the SS with better FMVs (the MPEG edition, Japan only), while the PSX version of Lunar 2 has more postgame content added in (SS version still has the extra ending, but only like 1 or 2 extra dungeons).

I wouldn't say they're the best units in Alpha 1 but they do a great enough job that you'd want at least one or two with you whenever possible.
Alpha 3 made it so that barrier units can spread their barriers to the platoon they're in. Rei is a great support unit and Shinji/Asuka make for good leader units.
MX makes everyone strong, so they're pretty amazing in that.

Feel free to give me feedback but I do have some specific areas I would like to hear about.
- A lot of Spirit Commands got revamped and I want to know how you think it plays out... well, once everyone finishes puking blood like Coach from seeing 1.7x damage multiplier Valor.
- I've set up some Midi/MP3 files to play as per SRW standards but as it turns out, SRC Animations are so short you kind of end up hearing like 5 seconds of the beginning of every song.
I'm thinking of just changing it to "per stage" music with perhaps only Boss BGM being able to override the music but if people are fine with it as it is, I won't touch it.
(BTW I use sound effects a lot for "story-telling" so if you mute the entire program, I hope you aren't confused when the characters react to a sound effect happening)
