Not really. We just finally got the Ganmeisers to show up who will be the real progenitors of the plot.
Up until now it was a blue balls guessing game that was more frustrating to sit through than intriguing. Hopefully with the Ganmeisers it will be start to get interesting. Granted this showed betrayed me before when I thought that was gonna happen with Kanon's revival, Javert's debut, Adel's debut, Necrom's debut, Igor's debut, Ryoma's looking like he was gonna turn the show into Den-O, Spector getting Necrom'd, Adonis's debut.
Maybe I am a fool for keeping on watching, but fuck I want to see Ghost succeed in something because I like the motif and ghosts will probably never get a second chance as a motif for a long time is not ever. Right now the only joy I get is watching Onari and Akari because their characters and their struggles despite being on the sidelines feels more authentic than anything else in the show. Also for the Yurusen bits.

The plot's been moving. It started off as simply a rather generic ploy by Alan to open up the Ganma world to Earth, and has already grown into a massive intrigue thing where pretty much no one in the Ganma Empire trusts each other, hell some don't even seem to trust themselves, and every other episode or so threw in something new to make it surprising.
I'm not saying it's good or bad or whatever, I'm just saying there IS a plot, it's just not the plot we usually look for in more modern Rider shows.

This was explained early on in the show, at least. Heart grows much stronger after every fight.

That's not intriguing. Despite the Ganma looking cool from a distancee and forever red, it's actually boring as fuck. All its residents are so blandly written and their actors are so boring to watch. Even Makoto and Kanon are as dull as the place they "moved" to.
Thing sometimes happen but it is not interesting it all because most of the characters who are involved are dull. I think Ghost's writer has good ideas but I don't like his execution and writing characters feels like a weakness on his part.
So no, nothing was really happening. After the oortal opening it was a lot of blase bickering, plotting, and backstabbing by characters I can't really care about as much as I'd like to.

Even still I will argue nothing has happened between now and the Ganmeiser debut aside from terrible character drama with a back and forth that cancels each other out. Only exception is Igor, but him and his Deep Connect plot has such little screen time and the company itsel is so horribly underdeveloped it's like nobody actually cares what is happening there.
