Well, the Sentinel x TREX Getter-1 has pretty good articulation and accessories. It even comes with a cloth cape. The sculpt is slightly stylized, though.

It's a new candy Minipla model like the Xabungle + Trad n' Gallop bundle. It'll be very articulated, and transformable into its various vehicle components just like the Xabungle minipla can form the Bungle Skipper and Rover.
It will be multicolored plastic, but for the moment it's just in its prototype phase, so no POs yet. The Xabungle minipla bundle is currently available for PO. 1/600 scale.

That would be the Perfect Change Getter, made by Studio Halfeye - a tiny company known for crazy intricate (and expensive!) transformable models. It's got a few different versions.
There are also the Dynamic Change figures, which are much smaller and less complex, but they pull off perfect transformations. I have the Shin Getter, and it's pretty damn impressive.
