/m/ Sings!
This thread is to keep track of submissions, compilations and planning for current and future /m/ sings projects. This information is also backed up in the /m/ sings Wiki. While this is a pretty relaxed effort, please try to keep your submissions in beat with the original song this keeps compiling the submissions easier, don't be afraid to be loud and have fun. Additionally, please submit your submissions via picosong as vocaroo links will expire if you had submitted something in the past via vocaroo and you have the original recording please resubmit them via picosong.

Record yourself using your recording program of choice (Audacity for PC for me) and then submit that recording using Picosong.

What's the best way to get a submission to sync up with a vocalless track?

Normally I just match up the original version to the backing track and then match up the submissions to that. It makes life so much easier, but you just have to remember to remove/mute that track at the end.

From what I can tell, the new policy mainly helps monetized channels so they don't immediately get fucked when a claim happens.
But I don't know if it'll stop them from happening, especially from Yam112003 Endemol or Bandai Entertainment.
