QUALITY is one of the flaws as is how one sided most battles are as it how garbage and undeveloped the world and characters are.
Literally all the fujos who attended the Live event are actually hiding the spoilers. Every summary right now is about Orga/Mika scene at the end.
Meanwhile other elevens are trolling each other. Every spoiler out there right now is all contradictory.Ein lives[Ein dies
This was probably intended as split cour from the start, i doubt Sunrise will throw it under the bus so early as long as some part of it is making money.
Don't be surprised if all the mecha get totally different easier-to-animate designs, however.

The major problem is all the filler in the middle where all the characters clearly should be developing but just stay in stasis. The only way I can rationalize it is that they originally planned on it only being one season but had to stretch it out in production when someone decided on a second.
