Meteor crash lands into earth, enjoyable asshole teacher gets his 8 students to explore it as extra credit, ends up being a giant robot that an alien wants back and the rest is the fight with said alien for the giant robot. I think the mech itself can make weapons out of the pilot's imagination or something like that, so it potentially has infinite weapons at it's disposal.
Also it's very good and focuses on humor. It's probably in my top 10 mech anime to be honest.

That's a good point really, I'd like to see it and I think it might happen one day even with the 8 pilot thing because of how minimal it's plot is and how you could really insert it into a plot and still be fine. I feel like it would have been one of the few plots they could have thrown into Z3.2 and finished it in it's entirety with no one complaining.
While we're on this subject, does anyone have a plot summary for Tri-Zenon? I remember crabstick-tier subs were being circulated around for it at the time but I never really jumped on the hype train back then and I'm just left with a series that looks extremely 90's. Not in a bad way but still.

Sol Gravion had 30 in Z1 and 26 in Z2. And their SP in Z2.2 was a LOT better due to growth rebalancing and a higher level cap. I don't think any of them had more than 100 SP at the end of Z1.

Description
Old Gods are invading Earth, possessing humans and baring naked their most wicked emotions. The most powerful 'disciples' of these evil demons are called 'mages'. Queen's Gate is basically loosely canon to SRW because in the teams infinite wisdom they decided to stick a Crossgate in it and call it the Queen's Gate mentioned in the series.
The team went with a straight up SRW design Crossgate not even bothering to alter it, I seem to remember the final boss even vaguely resembling one of Z2's Dimensional Beasts.
As much it is amusing to imagine Ivy popping out in SRW, it is jarring.

1) Ing vs Egretta twice on the player phases before Amara's appearance.
2) Defeat Egretta with Ing anytime after the second wave of enemies. You have as much time as you need to do this.
3) Ing has at least 70 kills.
