They double ko'd because of what being a
Hime means. Killing a Hime's Child means killing the Hime's most important person (or Beloved if you want to go all Nagi's Dogma).
During the fight, Natsuki's Duran kills Shizuru's Kiyohime. This means that Shizuru's most important person will now die. That most important person is Natsuki. Natsuki dying means Duran dies, causing Natsuki's most important person to die, and Natsuki's most important person was Shizuru.
