***READ THE GUIDE***
For those new to gunpla/plamo or even just new to this thread; please read the guide. Please read it before asking questions as there is a chance it has already been answered there.
For those unfamiliar, "plamo" is a shortened form of "plastic model". If it's made of plastic, someone can probably help you here.
If you're new, you're gonna fuck up. Don't worry! If you're experienced, don't make the new people worry!

Field Repair
Basically what this means is that rather than the mobile suit being fresh out of a factory, it's quite the opposite. Whether it's trudging through dense jungles or dodging debris in asteroid belts, your mobile suit has seen some better days.
You've been out in the field for quite a long time now, nearly half a year of active duty in the front lines and your personal mobile suit's pretty banged up. What's worse is the fact that there isn't a maintenance bay within several thousand kilometers of your local area that's capable of making any major repairs. Your unit's engineering crew has resorted to patch work and jury-rigging to keep your machine operational. Stray fire might have crippled its legs and arms or otherwise dealt considerable damage to a mobile suit's systems meanwhile some units have simply lost bits of armor and panels to the elements and have been forced to patch weld metal sheets over the exposed inner workings.
In any case it's beaten to hell but somehow you and your team have somehow kept it chugging along and now command's ordered all units operating in your theatre to fall back to form a defensive line against the enemy offensive.

They actually profit just fine off of P-Bandai, typically more so than regular releases in short term profits. As they are selling it directly themselves, they are taking 100% of the profit without having to go through a distributor who buys them at a greatly reduced price from the MSRP. And because of preorders, they have a much better idea of how many to produce and don't end up wasting resources on a ton of kits that are going to shelfwarm. It's only in long term that they are overtaken by regular releases.

A HG GM Cardigan, and something much more interesting; a 1993-made CS-H926 Setter from Victory Gundam from some sort of "MS In Pocket" line. its meant for 5in action figures but 1/144 kits will fit on it just fine.

Depends on if you wanted it as the repair model or normal mode. iirc the repair RG addon doubles the price of the model and only adds like 2 small runners.

It honestly just depends on the tolerances on the particular kit you wind up receiving. It just so happens that this particular model probably had a boat load of QC problems and got manufactured with a few fit issues. Worst comes to worst you'll just need to tighten the connections.

It needs a stand as it can't stand well on its own, yes. Even if you can put up with it being wobbly over time the ankles will get weaker with rotation and use. Mine's currently dangle and can't hold their own weight.
Also, I have not heard of others having this problem, but the lower elbow joint on mine broke. Not really sure how, but its G10 in pic related.

It's a zeta. zeta's whole deal was it's waverider mode. It's very staple was that is was a transformable MS. That's what made the Zeta Gundam memorable.
Sure there are other non-transformable versions/variations of the Zeta but do those really leave that much of an impression as opposed to waverider Z? ZZ? S-Gundam? Plus A1? Plus C1?

Not terrible for your first ever try with gunpla but it could use some more work. You're gonna want to get some sandpaper and go back and clean off those nubs that you got on there, remember to go from low grit to high grit. Also order some gundam markers or micro pens (whichever you prefer, either way they are super cheap) and try panel lining it; it's an extremely easy thing to do that really makes a kit look good. The three colors you should get at first are black, grey, and brown. Black is good for dark colored surfaces like blue parts, grey looks good on white parts, and brown looks good on red parts and few others. It needs nub clean up, use low to high grits of sand paper to clean it up. You can get a pack of 1000, 1500, 2000, and 2500 grit in the automobile section in walmart, and then pick up 600 and 800 grit. Cut and glue strips of the sandpaper onto popsicle sticks for greater control.
It can also do with panel lining, black gundam markers are cheap to get online I'd recommend the three pack of black, brown, and grey on amazon.
You are very new at this so I'd recommend you get a few more kits to learn on before you move onto something you really like, because you will fuck up. Maybe make a Graze squad before you move on and they can serve as paint learning fodder when you get into that.

I'd hold off on building that one then. Grab a different RG like the Destiny or Exia first. Then go head long into the Zeta, that way you at least have a feel for how fragile RGs can be before you fuck with that.

Hello again. So a while back, I mentioned on customizing a mg Unicorn and Banshee by doing a frame switch. However, someone mentioned making it regal. In that train of though, I had a few ideas, but somehow came to one train of thought, that being recreate the markings from Amaterasu from Okami.
Unfortunately, I'm a bit stumped at the moment on how to have the swirl markings on the forehead and shoulders. I may add in some yellow/orange LEDs for the frame and shield, but I want to get things worked out color wise first. Any advice on this?
