Because it's a well balanced series. It had comedy, it had drama, great villains, great chemistry between the teams and a well developed story, if a bit silly at times. The songs are just right and fit the series.
I'm not saying the rest of the seasons aren't, because I loved Megaranger, Gokaiger, Go-Busters, Kyoryuger and many others, and those are wildly different between each other, it was the way they were played out like (except for Kyoryuger's ending. Fuck the red dick sucking, and fuck the unfinished business between Nossan and Candelilla).
