Those pictures are mainly Shinken Red talking about how things were on the sentai set, and how it was like a pyramid structure. The most experienced cameraman was at the top of the pyramid and was generally very strict.

I personally don't think I can do a 49-52 episodes even if I decide to skip episodes based on importance. That's why I opted to work on Ultraman Ginga S instead. 16 episodes, the only thing I ever need to do is make font and some effects look easy on the eye with the occasional TLQC, workable in my case.
