I recently watched Magiranger and I was going to watch Ninninger, but read some bad comments, so I was downloading Mega Ranger, but since I found this thread and saw that folder in Mega, I'm going to download Kakuranger, I always wanted to watch it. Also, my favorite sentais are Gekiranger and Shinkenger.

No they aren't. They're bringing some great interviews and press conferences and stuff we wouldn't have gotten otherwise, but not news. TokuNet has been terrible with toku news. There is no news I haven't already heard of that I find on that site. They are way too slow in reporting and sometimes don't report some toku related stuff at all.

Why are there never any good Super Sentai video games anymore? I think the last Sentai based game we got that wasn't shit was maybe Gaoranger on PS1. That's a lousy track record. Like Kamen Rider, Super Sentai is considered a pop culture icon in Japan, to the point where practically everyone knows of even the old shows, regardless of whether or not they've actually seen it. The Persona video games for example have had a Chojin Sentai Jetman parody/homage in every single game in the series called Featherman. Plus, we got two whole seasons of Akibaranger, literally a show specifically for older, mature fans of Super Sentai. And you're completely right about that, but another problem is that the game devs would more than likely have to come up with unique designs for bosses and areas, writing, and mechanics. For a game with decent gameplay to come out with semi original ideas in the span of a year to be released at the height of it's airing would be tough to do. I honestly feel like they could be able to put out a game every year like this, but at that point it becomes a question of whether or not Toei wants to go through the trouble of making it and QA testing it so it makes enough money.
As much as I would love that, it seems unlikely.

It doesn't have to be an annual thing though. A good game takes time, that's true, and it may not end up lining up with the most recent season, but Toei plans ahead. Going back to Battride War for example, that was not a strictly annual game. They actually skipped an entire year before the next one was even announced. They other, less quality games are the annual stuff, like the yearly tie-in DS/3DS games, the crappy cash grab titles, that's fine, but they make enough money from their shows that they could set aside some time and resources to make a decent Sentai game if they wanted to. Not that Battride War is game of the year material or anything, but it certainly had more effort put into it than say they goofy Line Rider knockoff app that has Rider characters in it.

Right. But the focus on one team and not being annual will end with people being upset their favorite team didn't get a game. Just imagine the butthurt if Kyoryuger got a game and Go-Busters didn't? Well, making a decent one takes a lot of work. They have like 200+ rangers now to deal with, each of which you'd have to make a brand new moveset for to distinguish them, same deal with animations and models.
Keep in mind Battride War still doesn't have playable secondary characters with 2 outside of Accel, Birth, Meteor, Beast, and Braron despite all of the secondary characters having a complete moveset when they fight alongside you in missions and an intro scene, and they're just adding in Showa characters with Genesis. It took them three games to add Showa and playable secondary characters they've had since the first game, and some of the forms you change into are extremely lackluster, particularly regarding the Gaim characters or BraKaWani since it's basically just a square combo and a single move tied to all your other button presses.
The biggest problem is that Sentai is aimed at a younger audience so they can really half-ass it. The Kyoryuger game was just the Super Megaforce game reskinned, ToQ got some sort of maze Smartphone game, and Ninnin is looking like AKRG with a single team like Ghost's game is.
I wouldn't mind some AKRG-esque games, but I'd really like to see some kind of console game where you can switch out to different members and fight in a 3D space without the game being absolutely piss easy or boring like that horrendous Wii game was.

Oh, and another thing to keep in mind is that they also have to make mech fighting segments which they never seem good at. It's always either this thing where you just guard forever and maybe get a hit in every minute, or you just spam attacks with no regard for your safety and win anyway.

I loved ToQger. Most I can complain about is that the Imagination gimmick feel underused at times, same but to a lesser extent with the color switching, and that Z's character didn't have a positive resolution was just left open-ended. (And none of the movies addressed the issue again.)
Loved most of the cast by the end of it's run, sans Mio who I found meh but she still had some good interactions with Kagura and Tokatti.
