Zeta and Victory have a couple of tracks that stand out.

SEED destiny is probably my vote for best overall, though. I can listen through a full cd with (nearly) no skips, which I can't say for most OSTs. Sadly, huge swaths of it are missing from youtube.

Then again, pretty much every Gundam has a consistently very solid score. A lot of the great UC stuff has already been posted (the main theme of CCA still gives me chills, and Zeta likewise is one the main osts that really gives shape to the universal century, Turn A and Unicorn are, well, Turn A and Unicorn). I've always been somewhat partial to the OST for 00's movie.

It is absolutely chilling, and coming off of what was probably the Gundam grounded closest to the modern day, it makes the ELS all the more striking. Say what you will about the content of the movie itself; the OST nailed it.

Victory's soundtrack was some of the heaviest shit I've heard, and when songs like Silence played I was always overwhelmed.
Victory has a lot of problems, but don't just mindlessly shit on its soundtrack because someone didn't like 0083's music.
