They kinda are, but you usually don't see the v2 tag when there's a huge upgrade in the video source. These are more the DVD versions, since the original releases were sourced from crap raws of an old Toei Channel broadcast of old, crap analog tapes.

Just in time to finish up my simul-viewing with Sun Vulcan, Magiranger, Goseiger, and Ninninger. Big thanks to G.U.I.S, they are fucking awesome.
