For those new to gunpla/plamo or even just new to this thread; please read the guide. Please read it before asking questions as there is a chance it has already been answered there.
For those unfamiliar, "plamo" is a shortened form of "plastic model". If it's made of plastic, someone can probably help you here.
If you're new, you're gonna fuck up. Don't worry! If you're expereinced, don't make the new people worry!

How far am I suppose to be spraying Tamiya cans or how others usually do? It says 10 inches in the instructions but it doesn't seem much paint is getting on the pieces.

Orange peel happens when the paint dries before it can level off, which is usually caused by spraying from too far away or spraying on a day with too low humidity. Hardware store paint cans also tend to spit out too much paint which makes it hard to avoid, although you can fix any orange peel if you're willing to spend some time wet sanding it smooth.

There's a catch with that. The cards are region locked, so the Japanese sellers like HLJ, Amiami and all have Japan-only cards. So unless you have a local store, or buy from certain US retailers, you can't enter sadly. I don't know of the US sellers, someone else can fill you in on that. Good luck on the rest of your Gunpla voyage, be sure to READ THE GUIDE and test on spare parts.

They run polls all the time, the polls just aren't a a garuntee of it getting a kit and are more to just help them see what might be popular. I've been looking at print samples of various (budget) reprap based printers and they look pretty good. There's very little banding and hard surface objects (lots of flat planes) look very good. With some deluxe putty or primer with filler it would probably look perfect. There's also a polystyrene filament that can be used with printers that can use ABS.

Actually I plan on getting at least the black gundem marker for my elf bullock(pictured). I read a youtube video where someone used an exacto-knife to cut a fine groove along the edges of a section so the paint doesnt run. I plan to do this thing to the black lines you see, also there's a couple on the legs.

Dude INCOMs are wire based as in they're always connected to the mobile suit with a long cable and are exclusively used in space. You basically can't really have multiple autonomous/remotecontrol drones on the ground without either being a newtype or reducing them to just floating, immobile sensors.

Canon-wise, Newtypes who operate solely on a planet's surface are rare, so you're in the clear. It makes sense to use them as automatic spotters anyway.
I think I'm autistic, but I have a hard time buying kits that don't have head vulcans. Even when they do if they're not in the right spot I still might not even get it.

The main problem with drones at any range that aren't controlled by Newtype hax is the fact that there's no way to communicate with them when minovsky particles are involved; which is to say all the damn time.
Minovsky particles are emitted from the reactors that mobile suits use and basically fuck up all low-wavelength communication, so everything is based off of either laser comms or visual sensors. I don't think funnel sensors make much sense in the UC universe but just do what you want.
