Kojima leaving basically ensures that we'll never get a ZoE3, and if we do we probably won't want it.

Well REX was designed specifically to look good on the PS1 and MGS was really successful so much so that MGS2 is a rehash of the same basic plot.
But I would love to see the classic metal gears in glorious HD.

A lot of fans want to see earlier MGS titles remade after seeing Shadow Moses remade in MGS4. It was a pretty cool thing to see.
As far as preferring to see new continuity with legroom for ideas, we're still talking about MGS, right?
