Since most visual novels are choice-based, a lot of them have "bad ends" for making the wrong choice, where shit goes wrong, your character dies, and you reload your save to pick the other option. I don't know what Nya is though, aside from the sound a cat makes.

If you've made the wrong decisions (not practiced enough, etc.) you crash the mech literally into the shower and she ends up naked and wet on top of you (you opened your cockpit to make sure she was ok and she fell on top of you, naturally).
