Reminds me of a dream I had.

I was hired to investigate something, I'm not sure what. I spent most of the time walking around my neighborhood at night; lots of streetlights and trees. Except it wasn't actually night, the deep colors were just painted onto everything. Eventually I found like a 10 ft katana just chilling in a bush, and thought, alright, I'll take this with me. So I end up at a school gymnasium, except when I go inside it's actually a barn. Then a few ninjas jump down from the loft and I basically just hold up the sword and they die, as if they jumped into it or something except not. Then I think I went to a birthday party, or something.
