Slightly more people use soap when washing their hands, and there's a lot less pee on the floors, but slightly more blood on the stall walls and the tampon/pad disposal boxes are never sealed properly, so unless there's heavy perfume, the smell of menstrual blood is everywhere.
Just as much pee on the seats, though. The world is inhabited by slobs, regardless of what's housed in their crotches.
I like that in the women's room, the most awkwardness is complaining about stuff while washing hands. Generally reduced awkwardness is probably the major draw.
