You don't need to even go to the gym, you could just do squats and stuff at home. But you don't need to perma bulk, that's not how it works. You bulk and then cut, to gain muscle and then lose fat. And you only need to eat at maintenance level to maintain your body how it currently is.

As I said, especially in your care where you want to focus on your legs, you have to do even less. A bit of intensive weight exercise, like 15-20 minutes a day, 3-5 times a week is easy and will get you gradual gains.
As for protein, you don't have to go the 1g of protein for 1 lb of body weight. That number is largely exaggerated. Like 60-70 grams a day would be plenty, and you can get that much from a chicken sandwich.
The calories can be accounted for, and your metabolism is going to increase with exercise.

Being 4chan you also have a lot of people that really don't care about sharing things they haven't talked about with anyone ever (just trans stuff in some cases, then people like Phien). In general it's safer to assume people are serious because otherwise this would be just a role playing thread.
When you have jumps from sharing war stories to making an ass of yourself for the silliest reasson to pretending you were always over that you are either making a really shitty character with no consistency or covering up over other cover ups. In both cases comming to 4chan to lie about your life is simply pathetic, even if you laugh at people who take you seriously and that makes you happy it's not something that makes sense to have in your life. It's not something anyone would want around them irl. So I personally think that treating them seriously whenever it isn't a clear joke it's simply better if you want to think this thread isn't pure shit.
