Well, I didn't need any of that, to be honest. Already had all of it down from my childhood and first transition. I would have hated to wait two years for HRT and probably three more years for SRS just to satisfy absurd gatekeeping requirements. Took the matter in my own hands, went completely off-road and it only took me a bit under two years and a half from my first IHP order to SRS.
Transition isn't one size fits all. Some of us just don't need it, others are too fragile to deal with the shame that comes with having to present stereotypically female unprepared, without even being allowed to get laser and end up killing themselves.

Maybe, it's not a huge distorting effect if your field of view isn't crazy wide, but I don't have a way to test that theory. (The bullets wouldn't change shape in 3D though, just in the perspective view; the bullets already don't retain their size in the view since they get bigger when closer to the camera.)
