You should be afraid of it. Remember the sex bots and the feminist outrage about it? Why did they care so much about straight guys getting off to a replica of a woman? Could it be because they felt that they would lose their sexual power?
Once the science progresses MtF's will continue to look better and might even be able to give birth. At the same time they will be less whiny and annoying than the femicunts.
