Someone asked me if I knew what that flag meant and if I was gay, I said yes and that was the end of it. Aside from the occasional friendly jabs about it after it.
To my family, I did it that same day, because I figured I may as well get it out of the way completely for the people in my life. Parents were cool about it, sister reacted a bit badly about it at first but then apologized profusely, so it ended up fine at the end.
To my friends in college now, I admitted to liking a guy. They told me they already had their suspicions about me being gay, and that my confession just confirmed it to them.
Overall, it's always felt great coming out. It's always a huge relief to get that out of your chest and to have people know. I have always hated not being able to be myself around people, and telling others you are gay is nice, because you don't feel like you are pretending to be someone you are not around them.

Something crazy happened to me today gg. I was in the sauna at my gym and this really cute otter type guy was in there naked(you technically aren't supposed to be naked according the rules) and we started talking, he said he was a swimmer and I said I have been wanting to learn how to swim correctly. He offered me his number incase I wanted him to show me some tips or whatever, should I hit him up? He didn't see gay or anything even though he complemented my body.
