One of the bosses from the first game, Gwyndolin, is basically a trap. Super fem and wears a dress etc etc. In the 3rd game you encounter him again, but his lower half is being eaten by a slime monster. So the comic is implying the slime monster told him it could make him a girl by eating him.
There's also a girl who you give books to (shes blind, hence the braille). She has a guardian who gets mad if you give her a certain book though, and the comic implies that the reason her guardian gets mad is because the book is pornographic in nature
