It's summer I want to wear tight things and a bikini; but my tuck is trash
It's tight, but NOT TIGHT ENOUGH
Doesn't matter if I use a tape or a gaff; it's like I can't get my empty sack and balls to remain pulled tight (I can pull it and hold it tight but it never 'sticks' it always backslides so to speak)
I can wear jeans but not leggings it's like that little bit still hangs between my legs

That's what I used to do; but the medical tape would cut into my skin and be unbareable; I've tried using sports tape but that doesn't seem to work either

Your testicles are connected to your body via spermatic cords which run through your inguinal canals, inguinal canals being openings in your pelvis. When you're on T, your testes grow so they can begin producing sperm and descend into your scrotum, but they'll atrophy in the absence of T back down to a size that can fit back up into the inguinal canal.

Holy shit just buy a quality gaff and tuck it right. Cover the gaff with panties.
I can hide my generously sized junk well with just a gaff. I then use shapewear to keep everything tight. Tape sounds uncomfortable and unnecessary.
