Before I quit tobacco, and before that, before I nearly starved myself to death, my normal sloth mode diet was about 1200 kcal a day, mostly pork, dairy and fruit. I still had a lot of weight on between muscle mass and lack of activity.
Last weigh in was 78kg. Pretty horrible because I had never been that fat before. Lowest I went was 53 kg. My target weight is 59 kg, and once I resume using tobacco, it should be easy to get back there. Also, putting fat on after starving really showed me what redistribution means. B cup now. Still using push-ups.

NGE is one of very few animes I watched past the age of 10. One friend made me sit through all of it when I was a student. It wasn't that great to be honest. And she was pretty horrified that I found the blue haired girl was the only relatable character. Apparently, she's not supposed to be at all.
