Last I heard yes. Makes sense too I guess, they only manufacture clothes in so many sizes and human body shape diversity has far too many variables to cater to. Most people are bound to not fall into the comfortable/fitting range of those few sizes on the few articles of clothing they'd want to get for themselves. Depends on the article of clothing too I guess but women's clothing is often made to be quite form-fitting
