I figure this is the place to ask. I'm 'straight' but I love anal play.
Problem is that I developed some pretty annoying hemorrhoids a couple years ago and ever since then I can't fucking fuck myself with my goddamn butt toys how I want to, and it's driving me nuts.
I have regular sex fairly often but I get the powerful urge for anal now and then but I can't fulfill it due to BLOOD EVERYWHERE.

touchy subject. some people have genetic predisposition to them. I'm underweight and quite active myself and have them chronically. You probably don't even need surgery, you just need to get them injected/banded/cauterised.
Have you tried prep H or suppositories meant for that? Start treatment.
