You might be able to get a doctor or dermatologist to prescribe spironolactone, I've heard that it's also used for acne and such. As far as estrogen goes, menopausal cis women often take it to deal with symptoms of menopause, so it might be possible to get it; maybe you could find a woman on it that you trust and have her order extra on your behalf? That's risky, of course. I'm not sure if there's a good option, you might need to look into non-prescription phytoestrogen sources, that might be better than nothing.

theres many topics in the book but the underlying concept is that when formal systems (or any system really such as music theory, art, and biology) have the property of self reference and similarity complex patterns can arise and the author's thesis is that intelligence can arise from these complex self referencing patterns that he calls strange loops. its really interesting and delves into tons of subjects touching on godels incompleteness theorem, theoretical computer science, and lots of stuff
i do love all sorts of literature though. i always read books ever since my parents taught me to read. i think when i was around 8-10 i read neuromancer and it kinda threw me into a science fiction loop for a while
