and i was ~high test~ as well, after the orchi i was still a little over female levels but way below male. my endo did mention that some people can stay high enough in test that they prefer to stay on spiro though, so results do vary.

well my levels were consistently in the 500 ng/dl range 4-5 months into starting hrt every time i got them checked. my e was low as well... the thing is that i didnt take anything in the morning after sleeping and got my blood checked at like 9am. dunno if that was a problem or what because i was getting very noticeable changes during that period. i know hormones vary during the day
a friend mailed me some cypro to take before my orchie becuase i just wasnt comfortable with those levels. now my levels are fine with like 40 ng/dl t and good e levels after a month and a half of cypro. gonna run out right before the orchie tho
