Mine looked really off compared to my hips in the beginning but I'm starting to feel better now after a year of HRT. I don't know if it muscle loss in the shoulders or fat/hip widening but either way I did notice changes! Pants are fitting me better now too. I started at 22 so I wouldn't be surprised if you saw improvement too! I still hate my shoulders overall though!

I know i dont come close to passing, my question is to the more experienced MTFs out there, do you think HRT will make any difference here with my face, maybe rounding out my hollow cheeks to make the jaw muscles less pronounced? I've been on HRT for 3mo, and I know face changes take a really long time and it doesnt change jawbones, but there is quite a bit of muscle/tissue before I feel bone, like 3/4" or so..

Yes HRT will most likely hide some of your jaw as your jaw is not terribly square or wide set. Your chin and nose are your 2 biggest problems.
You do have nice high cheek bones, a minimal brow ridge, and decent lips so you have a lot of potential to not only pass but look really good as well. You also need to come up to ~140lbs, eat a lot of carbs and do a lot of cardio while on HRT to help give you a softer look without becoming a skinny fat faggot.
