Eyebrows seem to reverse taper (thin in the center of your face, thickens as it goes back), that should be the first thing you fix, but if those are your natural eyebrows, don't get carried away with overplucking. The fact that you can get them to arch that dramatically will work out very well in your favor, but you'll want to tone it down until you have a better understanding of eyebrow shape.
You are correct in thinking that a fringe/bangs would be REALLY flattering. It's not even because of a high/receeding hairline like on most trans women; rather, it's a face shape thing. You can get away with longer hair (parting further to either side would help) but your face shape seems like it's inverted triangle and as such is legit made to go with bangs.

You're totally be fine, then. As far as lip color, I have the same thing where I'm really pale and I really like deeper reds, but it's a razor thin line between being stunning and being overbearing. I've been called out for the same exact thing on here in the past, actually.
Maybe some colors that worked for me will work for you? Whirl by MAC is a deeper color of red without being suuper rich/striking, and Softly Spoken by NYX is further understated, but still pretty deep. The latter is what I'm wearing in that pic, and it's my favorite color ever.

Yeah, Russian Red is awesome, but it's the nuclear red option. It's a nice color, but it's dramatic and you have to commit to the look in order for it to not stand out. You could actually make it work with heavy blush, eyeshadow, maybe some contouring, that sort of thing, if you have your heart set on it; the problem isn't the color, but more wearing it without the rest of your makeup being as striking.

So, beard shadow is when you're cleanly shaven, but the hair follicles are a dark enough color to be visible under the skin, in the time that they are growing back in. That's why when guys are clean shaven, you can sometimes see a darker shade on their upper lip, face, etc.
For you, it is clearly visible on your upper lip, but I can't see it anywhere else on your face in that pic.
It doesn't go away with HRT, because already developed facial hair follicles don't go away on HRT. The hair changes to become thinner and less coarse, and it grows in slower, both of which have a SLIGHT impact on shadow, but not enough to have any effect on whether or not it's visible unless it's already almost gone.
The only way to get rid of the hair/shadow is through laser hair removal or electrolysis, which kills the hair follicles so that they are no longer growing, under your skin or otherwise. Depending on where you are, laser is generally rather cheap ($300 for 6 full face sessions what i paid in New York), and it's effective if you have light skin with dark brown or black hair, which you do. Doesn't work as well for red hair, blonde hair, or darker skin tones.
Hope this was helpful, and cleared things up a bit. Like I said, it's not something to worry about, if you're lucky enough to be an effective candidate for laser hair removal than it's cheap and effective with today's technology.

someone who gets ranked high gets mild temporary elation, but still possibly has anxiety about going outside and facing real life where maybe they dont pass, no matter what the tier list or passgen says.

From what I've been told the rules are you get a corset based on your waist measurement and the corset size is what your waist measurement will be compressed to. Like my waist is 29" too but my corset is a 26. The site I got mine from recommended lower(4-7" smaller) but it was my first corset so I went bigger, Im glad I did. Id recommend doing the same for you. Like heres a link to the one Im currently wearing.
The rules tend to be that if you cant breathe or are in pain loosen or remove thee corset, if you cant take it fully tied up then put it on loose at first and work your way up.
