How do you achieve skeletor mode

I'm a closeted trans woman(I think) and I'm short(5'6) but have a VERY manly bone structure. My wrists are fucking huge. My calves are gigantic(guys ask me my routine).
I basically look like shit while wearing overly-fem clothing and want to at least achieve a more fem figure before presenting in public at all.

Pretty much. Adding on, losing weight is a lot easier if you're counting calories. Use an app like myfitnesspal or something to track them.

You will never change your bone structure without costly and dangerous surgery, and there's no guarantee it will turn out how you want, which more often than not, it doesn't.
Be happy that you're healthy and live life.
