eh i'm 5' tall and a transguy... and honestly other than it being hard to reach stuff i don't really care... it doesn't affect me finding people who are interested so it's no big deal...
besides i'm hispanic and southern italian + my dad is 5'2 and my mom is 4'11... even if i was cis i wasn't gonna have much hope... and i've met cis guys with similar ethnic backgrounds who have been my height so could be worse...

Yes to some degree. My height doesn't bother me too much as I'm below average height of males and just above females. Beyond hips/waist as that's universal as fuck for mtfs, I tend to obsess over my shoulder, ribcage, and leg to torso ratio but in comparison to a lot of the females I know and the ones in my family I'm tiny shoulder/ribcage wise and the leg:torso ratio is pretty similar if not more feminine than them... so it's not too bad.

As an MtF, I'm not worried about being 5'10" at all. In terms of passing, I worry about skull shape, the mandible, brow bone, nose, hairline, rib cage, hips (including pelvis, fat, and muscle), voice, feet, hands, neck, and proportions of long bones.
If I were 6'0"+ maybe I would be concerned about my height.

Used to feel really bad about it, but with some weight, and time, I'm fairly ok with it... As I said, just need better shape on my butt and legs.
I'll always have narrow hips, true, but it's not that big of a deal to me anymore.

I really love my height, I love being noticeably taller than most women without being super tall. Overall, I don't mind the size of my body, I just wish my proportions were a bit different. I have fairly broad shoulders, but fairly broad hips and thighs as well (over 1 year HRT) and my torso tapers inwards at my waist. My hands and feet are bigger than an average woman, but in proportion to my height, they're pretty normal.
So yeah, there's a few things that bother me, but overall, it's really not that bad. I could have had much much worse.
