how did you find out you were gay/bi? I'm going through a weird sexual phase right now and I need some validation.

You won't really know until you fucked with a dude and a girl.

Sexuality isn't a constant, dumbass. Most hormone-flooded teens are bi. Almost everyone is at least very slightly bi. Only a small percentage is either completely straight or gay, most are somewhere in between.
>>
I always knew? I didn't know about the various labels for sexual orientations, but I was exclusively attracted to other guys as far back as I can remember. Which was a really strange experience growing up, because the rest of the world was constantly pushing this notion that guys have to have girlfriends, and I couldn't force myself to feel that way no matter how hard I tried.

So yeah, I was always a faggot.

No thanks. There is not a single ounce of my being that is curious about intimacy with a female. I couldn't so much as get my dick hard in the presence of a woman. Actually attempting to do anything with her would most certainly end with vomit.

>Sexuality isn't a constant

It seems to be for the majority of people. I never understood how anyone could be bi curious, but I guess it's possible that we're all wired differently.

To me, it should seem obvious whether you have an exclusive attraction to one gender or not. But that's just my experience.

You're something worse than a faggot dude.

I was 13. Up till then I wasnt really into anyone in anyway. Then I was like "Hey, having a boyfriend would be nice, having a girlfriend would also be nice. I guess I'm bi." Also looked at porn of both genders, but it mostly just triggered dissociation in me, and led me to look at more and more depraved shit to trigger myself intentionally as part of my own self-hatred. Eventually stopped looking at porn all together around 18 or so, by which time I didnt really get sexual pleasure from it anyway, what had started as curiosity turned solely into an abstracted form of self-harm.

my dick got hard for a guy and I was like no homo so I'm still straight

can you explain more? This might be happening to me

I grew up crushing on different guys in movies/TV shows (pic related was a big one for me back in the day) and not really knowing what it meant. It took me until my early teens to realize that I wanted to fuck them
>>
I always knew? I grew up thinking it was normal, until it was not. I never went through an awkward or self hate phase

In high school, I kissed a boy. He was on the football team and I was on the swim team. I liked it.

I never thought any different, but I'm 100% gay so it was probably a bit easier as I had no feelings towards girls beyond "Oh I wanna be her friend so hard, I would play video games with her all night long."

You are probably bi if you are conflicted about this stuff. Just relax for a bit and the next time you see an attractive person of either sex just go for it and see what happens. If you don't like it you can always just back out.

I always thought I was asexual, until I was 14, when my friends would talk about girls sometimes and I just didn't get it, I wasn't attracted girls and realised that boys are better
>>
crushed on my best friend in high school, I just really wanted to hug and cuddle him or something I dunno

but of course I thought I was asexual until I was 20

so I think the answer is that you always have some sense of it, but denial and lack of self awareness can stop you from actually knowing
