I love it. mine is an ECR which is more of a precision rifle rather than the ECC 16inch variant. I have shot some Scar 17's and I personally really hated them. I didn't like the cheek weld on the stock or the look, reciprocating charging handle, and I think the trigger is unacceptable from the factory for a $3,000 rifle or the fact that it takes special snowflake magazines. after shooting both side by side the scar 17 kicks more than the SR-25. I also think the SR-25 looks better because the 5 tans on the scar look retarded and mine shoots sub moa from the factory. which is why I bought one, but I would recommend trying to shoot what ever gun you are looking at before buying.

Got one of those chamber conversion sleeves to make it 7.62x39. Set it with JB Weld instead of locktite so it wouldn't get pulled out by spent brass. Which it sounds like happens a lot.

It's fantastic, I really love it. Super short, too. I knew they cut the stocks down during conversion, but I didn't realize how much. Plus, the CETME barrel is shorter.
While not my collection, it is my clean pile lol.
What I want is enough to arm every warm blooded American. I mean, I wouldn't even have the finger strength to type that out lol.
