Just flip the gun around so the bolt is on the left side, problem solves.
It'll be weird at first since you'll have to push the bolt forward when you reload instead of pulling it back, but you'll get used to it.

Savage makes a few left port/left hand models.
You really should learn how to shoot ambidextrous tho, the firearms world is one made for the right handed shooter. You'll have a really really really hard time finding dedicated left handed guns outside of the bolt gun world, or for a bargain price.
